Vintage Cameo Horseshoe Habille Brooch/Pin or Pendant in 14 Karat White Gold Filigree.  Elizabethan style dress with notice the Edwardian collar in the carving.  The hair style is in curls with flowers and leaves as accents.  Setting is the horseshoe motif.  This habille is decorated with Old European Cut Diamond, clarity is SI.  Grading is done as permitted in a mounting or setting.
